When people walk in to J Reserve they are hard pushed not to be impressed by what you see. J Reserve is about offering up something a little different, a stylish bistro cafe emporium is a good why to describe it.
Since opening Cafe J in 2010, owner Julie Mountain has gained an understanding about what people want when they go out for something to eat. ‘It comes down to a simplicity, serve good food in a nice environment, with a great service’. For J Reserve Julie has stuck to this principle.
‘We have invested in creating a wonderful place and much energy went into the decor and the atmosphere of the space’. Next on Julie’s list was bringing in an established and talented chef to create some dishes and plates with a twist, something different where the customer can relish the food placed in front of them, along with combinations of quality ingredients and tasty flavours.
The key at J Reserve is the same as it is at Cafe J – great customer service, and for this Julie drafted in a great team led by Janine, who along with Julie have worked to create – that ‘lets go back there’ experience.
